Every year, the London-based Institute for Quality of Life evaluates cities based on eighty indicators, divided into six categories, including governance, environment, economy, mobility, citizens and health. In this Happy City Index 2025, Antwerp ranks fifth**. This means a gold label for the liveability, happiness and well-being in Antwerp!
