Camargue

The Camargue is a landscape of contrasts: quiet wetlands and sudden movement, elegance and strength, nature and tradition.

I was drawn to the white horses moving through open space, the flamingos bringing grace and colour to the water, and the Course camarguaise with its tension, speed and deep local roots. Together, they reveal the rhythm of a region where animals, people and landscape are closely connected.

These photographs are my way of observing the Camargue beyond a single subject — as a place shaped by light, movement, dust, water and a strong sense of identity.
